Control (LABC) by a competent person under Part
P of the Building Regulations Act 2000? For

constructed and installed to ensure safety to persons,
property and livestock then tested before being
put into service and certification issued as required
by BS7671 2008 (17th Edition Regulations which
came into force in July 2008).
